T.J. Fisher is the new chef for Noelia.
Fisher most recently worked for RSVP Catering Company in Tysons Corner, as well as country clubs Osprey's Landing and Dominion Valley Country Club.
The restaurant has also shortened its name (it was formerly known as Noelia Italian Kitchen). The name shortening reflects a more American spin to the menu, which Fisher will bring by the end of the month.
Expect such dishes as roasted bone marrow, malt-braised short ribs with beet-infused mashed potatoes, grilled hamachi with fingerling potatoes and more. Fisher will also revamp the lunch and bar menus, and add a happy hour.
