The Shaw Bijou is Coming to 9th St. NW

A restaurant called The Shaw Bijou is opening up somewhere on 9th St. NW.

Their Facebook page doesn't say much, but does have a preview video here which shows some cooking in progress. Looks like the chef is Kwame Onwuachi of New York.

There's an Instagram page, too. The designers appear to be working with a lot of reclaimed wood materials for the buildout. Eater has reached out to the restaurant via social media for any additional information.
