The Second Bayou Bakery is Inching Closer

An opening could come as early as next week.

Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

David Guas is almost ready to open Bayou Bakery number two. The Hill Is Home attended a preview event for the cafe, which is opening by the Hill Center, and Guas said there an opening could come as early as next week.

Expect a similar menu to the Arlington location, with both gluten-free and vegetarian options. Guas says the new neighborhood reminds him of The French Quarter.
