1) LOGAN CIRCLE: Diego replacement Provision No. 14 officially opens tonight after a couple days of discounted, soft opening events. The bar from the new Social Restaurant Group specializes in large-batch cocktails and communal dishes (plus, there are boozy slushies). Here's a tour of the space.
