METRO CENTER—Here's a chance to try Beard Papa's cream puffs before their shop opens in May in Georgetown: the Japanese chain will sell their signature all-natural vanilla custard cream puffs at this year’s Sakura Matsuri Japanese Street Festival on Saturday, April 11. They will be $3 each and they’ll also serve Cherry Blossom cookies priced at $5 for three cookies. The festival is at Pennsylvania Ave. and 12th St from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and there is an admission fee to get in. Learn more about the festival here. [EaterWire]

CLIFTON—Trummer's On Main's Seafood Shack pop-up restaurant opens tomorrow, Tuesday, April 7. According to their website, the pop-up will be open on the third floor on Tuesdays through Thursdays only. It will be open through July 30. [Facebook]

STADIUM CUISINE—A Camden Yards menu item makes the cut in SB Nation's round-up titled "11 Outrageous Ballpark Foods That Might Kill You This Season." It's a sausage wrapped in a pretzel roll covered in crab dip, and it is served with an intense-looking steak knife. SB Nation notes: "handing out steak knives to drunk sports fans probably isn't the best idea." [SB Nation]
