Provision No. 14, the new Logan Circle restaurant opening later this month, has hired two chefs.

James Duke will be the executive chef for the restaurant. Duke has worked at 1789, Tallula and the Great American Restaurants, and also helped open Driftwood Kitchen in the Atlas District. He opened that restaurant with John Leavitt, who will serve as chef de cuisine at Provision No. 14. Leavitt has worked at 2941 and in front-of-house positions at Carlyle and Farmers Restaurant Group.

At Provision No. 14, the chefs are working on such dishes as pork pata (Filipino-style pork leg), melon with ham and more. A late April opening is planned for the restaurant, which will open at 2100 14th St. NW.
