Scott Perry IN at The Occidental

Scott Perry will be the new chef de cuisine at The Occidental in D.C.

Perry's resume includes time spent at Floriana, Pulpo and restaurants in Charleston, and his cooking often demonstrates a Southern influence.

Perry will work under executive chef Rodney Scruggs. The former chef de cuisine, Antonio Burrell, left in December.
