Upcoming steakhouse (yes, one of several) Claudia's Steakhouse has hired a chef. The restaurant announced Brad Race will be in charge of the menu of the restaurant, opening this spring at 1501 K St. NW.
Race recently worked at Bearnaise under Spike Mendelsohn. He's also worked at Michel, Minibar and places outside D.C. like Le Cirque and Nobu.
Claudia's Steakhouse will have a Latin influence to its menu and a big lounge area. It will open later this spring.
