Upstart pastry company Republic Kolache Co. is hosting a Kickstarter launch event at Bardo Saturday. The upshot: free kolaches for those who attend.
There will be live music, too — the event runs from 2-5 p.m.
Republic Kolache Co. came on the scene in January, much to the delight of Texas transplants (the dish has a cult following there).
