Meredith Bethune IN as Eater D.C. Associate Editor

Eater D.C. has a new associate editor in Meredith Bethune.

Meredith's work has appeared in magazines and on websites like Saveur, Bon Appétit, Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, New York Magazine and many others. She recently relocated to D.C. from Austin. As a freelance food and travel writer, she has sipped rare cognac in France, visited pepper plantations in Cambodia, and eaten paczki in Poland.

Meredith replaces Adele Chapin, who has been promoted to a new gig at Eater sister site Racked. She can be reached at meredith@eater.com.
