A high-end luxury condo has just added a unique amenity to its offerings — an in-house sommelier.
Jarad Slipp, one of the area's Master Sommeliers, has been appointed as Sommelier in Residence to the development. His job will be to provide customized consultations for residents and do quarterly tastings and workshops in the property's 1,500 square foot wine lounge.
New buyers at The Lauren in Bethesda will also get a new perk: a year-long membership to the Ambassadors Program at RdV Vineyards, where Slipp, a veteran of former D.C. destination restaurant CityZen, also works.
The Lauren is known for its extravagances, including a $10.5 million penthouse.
