EatWell DC Promotes Chefs at Logan Tavern and Commissary

EatWell DC has new chefs de cuisine at two of its restaurants. Shabier Bahramy will now fill that role at Logan Tavern while Victor Garcia takes it on at Commissary.

Both have worked at the company, which also operates such restaurants as The Pig, for several years. Both plan to emphasize seasonal dishes at the restaurant and continue to incorporate ingredients from the restaurant group's farm.
