ADAMS MORGAN— Roofers Union's first floor is being transitioned into a new wine bar called Jug & Table. They'll have wines by the glass priced from $6-$16 from sommelier Theo Rutherford, wines on tap, happy hour, and an emphasis on grilled cheeses. [EaterWire]
