2) Taste of Montgomery

When: This weekend.
What: The mall has been revamping its food offerings and is hosting several events this weekend to introduce residents to the new options. There's a happy hour, chef demos and other activities. More info here.
3) ABV

When: Saturday at 3 p.m.
What: This new drinking event from Neighborhood Restaurant group will showcase rare beers, rose wines, gins and mezcals and more. Info here.
4) Cigar and Whiskey Night at the Fairmont
Where: Fairmont Washington
When: Friday at 5 p.m.
What: Attendees to this event will get to sample appetizers and whiskey tastings from several distilleries, as well as learn how to roll the perfect cigar. Tickets are $99 and reservations are required.
5) Lamb Jam
Where: Union Market (and assorted locations)
When: This weekend
What: It's a weekend of lamb-focused events courtesy of Lamb Jam. It all culminates in a cooking competition Sunday at Union Market. More info here.
