Adrian Salazar is taking on the position of executive chef at Mango Tree.
The chef plans to highlight more local sourcing at the Thai restaurant, building relationships with oyster and soft-shell crab suppliers. His goal is to offer three locally-sourced seafood specials each day, according to a press release.
Salazar previously worked for Zaytinya, and was a sous chef for the restaurant at CityCenterDC when it opened. He replaced Paul Kennedy.
