Artfully Chocolate to Close in Alexandria

Chocolate shop Artfully Chocolate is closing its doors in Alexandria. It was located at 506 John Carlyle St. Patch reported the closing, though an exact date for the shutter wasn't given.

The shop and wine bar's items and its artwork is being sold online at auction.

Another location of Artfully Chocolate closed last year in Del Ray. Owner Eric Nelson was also a partner in the former D.C. chocolate shop in restaurant ACKC, which has closed as well.
