PENN QUARTER— Next month, Graffiato will have a Jersey Shore menu, courtesy of Mike Isabella's Jersey roots, for a week in June. Kicking off June 8, they'll serve up dishes like disco fries, strawberry prosecco shaved ice and mini lobster rolls. There will be beachy cocktails to match; available both for lunch and dinner.
