Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill will open in Springfield Town Center on June 8. The restaurant will start with dinner service, with lunch to follow later that month.
The menu will feature Texas-style brisket, St. Louis Smoked Ribs, Carolina Pulled Pork with Carolina slaw and Tri-Tip roast. It will also include salads, vegetable dishes, and grilled fish and chicken.
This will be the California-based chain's 16th location and first location outside of that state. The company plans to eventually open 25 locations on the East Coast, including several in the D.C. area.
This location of Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill is part of the revamped Springfield Mall. Reimagined as Springfield Town Center, it now includes high-end retail and several new restaurants.
