Ivy and Coney plans expansion; &pizza launches salad menu

SHAW— Ivy and Coney has big expansion plans, according to PoPville. The hot dog and beer spot will add a full kitchen, an outside bar and more seating. They're also installing a retractable roof. [PoP]
