New Distillery and Winery in the Works; Fishnet's Anniversary

NAVY YARD— New York-based Brooklyn Winery is in talks to open up a winery at The Yards, according to Washington Business Journal. [WBJ]

LAWSUITS—Terms are confidential, but chef Frederick de Pue and his business partners have settled their lawsuits. De Pue says he doesn't have any immediate plans to open another restaurant and will focus on catering. [RS]
