Deschutes Brewery Launch Events; Beer Fun at Granville Moore's

ATLAS DISTRICT— Granville Moore's is celebrating Rammy Beer Week this week with several events. Tonight, they'll showcase cellar finds. Tomorrow's a women in beer meet and greet and Thursday, they'll tap a firkin of Flying Dog's the Truth. [EaterWire]

CLEVELAND PARK— Ripple is planning a seafood and wine dinner for this Thursday (cost is $85). Wines from Bonnet-Huteau Vineyard will be paired with oysters, clams, prawns, cheeses and more. [EaterWire]

BEER HERE— Deschutes Brewery continues to increase its presence in D.C. The company is adding six packs of Mirror Pond Pale Ale, Black Butte Porter and Fresh Squeezed IPA in stores, and eventually will add its Twilight Summer Ale when available. A variety of launch events are scheduled in D.C. this week, including parties at Fire Works in Clarendon and Capitol Lounge Wednesday, MacDowell Brew Kitchen in Leesburg and Irish Channel in D.C.
