Donburi, the rice-bowl spot in Adams Morgan, is revamping their menu again after making some changes last winter. Owner James Jang told Eater that the texture of the fried items will now be crunchier and lighter.
Diners will also have the option to customize their bowls. There will be more fresh toppings options like tuna, yellowtail and uni, plus more vegetable garnishes. "It will be more fast casual, operations-wise. The menu will be more of a bento style," Jang says.
He's also rolling out a selection of Japanese beers and possibly some sparkling wine when he unveils the new menu next week. Donburi recently revealed its brand new liquor license on social media.
