Claudia's Steakhouse Now Aiming for Mid-June

Here's an update on Claudia's Steakhouse, the new restaurant bound for K Street later this year. The latest estimate is a mid-June opening, though no exact date has been set, according to a rep.

Claudia's Steakhouse is opening at 1501 K St. NW. The menu will have a Latin influence. Brad Race, who recently worked at Spike Mendelsohn's Bearnaise, will be the chef.

It's been steakhouse central in D.C. as usual this spring. This Friday, Mastro's makes its grand opening debut at 600 13th St. NW in Penn Quarter.
