Cava Grill to Open in Downtown Silver Spring

Cava Grill, the homegrown small chain of Mediterranean fast-casual eateries, is opening another location in downtown Silver Spring come early 2016. Founders Ike Grigoropoulos, Ted Xenohristos and Dimitri Moshovitis are adding to their already healthy local portfolio — eight operating DC-area locations with two more local spots slated to open shortly and one in Los Angeles opening later this year (thanks to a $16M influx of funding cash.)
