Kerry Brian Tate IN at Silo

The chef replaces Michael Walters.

Mount Vernon Triangle's Silo restaurant has a new chef: Kerry Brian Tate.

Tate replaces Michael Walters, who has moved on to Scales 925 in Atlanta. The new chef plans to emphasize seasonal foods at Silo. The restaurant will also add more small plates and vegetarian options.

Tate came to D.C. in 2011 and has worked at such restaurants as Grillfish and The Heights.
