Care for some sushi ingredients, all wrapped up burrito-style? Head to Buredo, the sushi burrito restaurant which opened its doors over the weekend, according to its Facebook page.
The restaurant offers combinations like shrimp tempura with avocado, pickled cabbage and carrot, or tuna and salmon sashimi with cucumber, green onion and unagi sauce. The burrito wrapper is made of nori. Find the new restaurant downtown.
