Eat Georgia Brown's Chicken and J. Paul's Roast Beef at Wolf Trap This Summer

Concert goers get a revamped buffet.

Capital Restaurants Concepts has reopened its Ovations restaurant for the summer season. The restaurant at Wolf Trap National Park offers a revamped buffet as well as to-go picnic baskets. It opens two and a half hours before shows.

New corporate chef Neil Langermann is overseeing both menus. Buffet dishes now include Asian beef salad, lamb shank with gigante beans and lentil chili. The menu also still includes selections from other Capital Restaurant Concepts spots like Georgia Brown’s fried chicken; Paolo’s tomato, mozzarella and arugula on baguette and J. Paul's roast beef sandwich. The price is $32 per person and $15 for children under 10. Wine, beer and cocktails are available for an additional cost.

Show goers can also order to-go meals in advance. The restaurant offers four different picnic baskets, priced at $21.95 each, that include a main dish, side dish, dessert and soda or water. These menus are also based on dishes from other restaurants within the group.
