Grilled Octopus, Seafood Stew at Soon-To-Open Nido

Nido, which will open later this month in Woodridge, has posted its opening menu on social media.

Among the offerings: basque seafood stew, several pastas, Sicilian chickpea puree and dry-aged beef carpaccio. The full menu is below.

The restaurant is from Boundary Road co-owner Karlos Leopold and Erin Lingle, who also used to work there.
