PENN QUARTER— Graffiato has a special menu this week, celebrating the Jersey shore. It's quite extensive, with interpretations of such classics as lobster rolls, linguine with clam sauce, flounder Francese, disco fries and more. It's available at lunch and dinner through Friday. Some dishes may make it to the bar menu for the rest of the summer. [Eaterwire]

DOWNTOWN— The second location of Pleasant Pops opened today. It's where Potenza used to be. [PoP]

LOGAN CIRCLE— Tonight is Tico's one year anniversary. That means free birthday cake in the dining room and discounted champagne ($6.80 per glass). [EaterWire]
