1) FARRAGUT: The team behind Provision No. 14 will open a second restaurant where Famous Luigi used to be. Washington Business Journal says it will be called Bonfire and have multiple bars. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

2) ARLINGTON: A new pool hall is opening near Shirlington, ARLNOW reports. It will be called Chester's Billiards and Bar. [PLYWOOD]

3) BETHESDA: The space that housed Brasserie Monte Carlo may soon feature a French restaurant from the owners of 4935 Kitchen, Bethesda Magazine reports. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

4) SHAW: La Jambe, a French wine and cheese bar, is poised to open next year across the street from Dacha Beer Garden, according to Washington City Paper. [PLYWOOD]

6) MERRIFIELD: There's "coming soon" signage up for two new restaurants at Mosaic District: a Nando's Peri-Peri location, and something called DumplingGo.
