Horace and Dickie's in D.C., Saturday at 2:30 p.m.

Welcome back to Eater Scenes, where photographer Rey Lopez captures a restaurant at a specific time and day.

Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

Horace and Dickie's has been dishing up excellent fried seafood off of H Street NE since 1990, well before restaurateurs and bar owners decided to flock to the Atlas District en masse.

Just in time for Cheap Eats Week, Eater photographer Rey Lopez captured the restaurant's activity during the Saturday afternoon rush.
