Two new bars debut tonight.

1) PETWORTH: Slash Run, the heavy metal bar from Jackie Greenbaum and Gordon Banks. They'll have wings, loaded fries and salads, among other dishes, to go with the drinks. Status: Opening today at 5. 201 Upshur St. NWwebsite.

2) ALEXANDRIA: Captain Gregory's Speakeasy is opening today inside a Sugar Shack Donut location. Patch reports the bar has just 22 seats and is named for the inventor of the doughnut hole. Status: Opening tonight. 804 N. Henry St.; website.

3) CRYSTAL CITY: Reagan National Airport gets a restaurant from The Chew host and Top Chef alumnus Carla Hall today. The local chef has partnered with airport hospitality company OTG on the project, which is serving Southern comfort food. ICrave is designing the 100-seat restaurant, which has a 42-seat bar.
