José Andrés will curate the food court at the upcoming Landmark Music Festival. He plans to showcase the D.C. area's top restaurants and culinary talent.

According to the festival's website, Andrés is fielding vendor suggestions from the public via social media. He also gave the following advice to restaurant hopefuls:

"Be ready to please! The people of DC only expect the best, and hard work does not go unnoticed. Don’t be afraid to do something unique and different, we have very adventurous palates and are always looking to try something new. But above all, keep it simple – no one wants to wait in line while you assemble your dishes!"

This is the inaugural year of the Landmark Music Festival, which will feature over 40 music performers. It's taking place at West Potomac Park next to the National Mall on September 26 and 27, 2015.
