Nando's Nixes Woodley Park Plans; Oyamel's New Wine Festival

WOODLEY PARK— Nando's Peri-Peri says it will no longer open in Woodley Park. The company is pulling out because of a zoning restriction that would require the restaurant to apply for permission after five years to continue operations. [PoP]

PENN QUARTER— Oyamel is hosting a Southwest Wine Festival from July 27-August 9. They'll feature unique wineries in the region with tastings, flights and dinners. [EaterWire]
