A power outage hit Georgetown's Washington Harbour early in the evening yesterday, causing unexpected closures for restaurants.

All of Washington Harbour lost power last night, according to a Farmers Fishers Bakers spokeswoman. That restaurant had to cancel an event last night, as well as all of its restaurant reservations. Power had still not been restored to that restaurant this morning, though the spokeswoman said they are hoping to reopen by lunchtime. They'll keep customers updated on Twitter.

Other restaurants had to close last night (including such places as Fiola Mare, which directed their customers to sister restaurant Casa Luca, and Orange Anchor) but are back up and running today.
