The Daikaya team already has plans for a second ramen shop. Now, before that place even opens, they're planning a third.
The Washington Post reports they'll open Bantam King in Penn Quarter. It's a play on Burger King, which used to operate at the location at 501 G St. NW. There, they'll serve chicken-based ramen and a Japanese spin on fried chicken.
The restaurant will open this winter and feature a design from EditLab at Streetsense.
