CAPITOL HILL— Charlie Palmer Steak is relaunching its Jeff-to-Table project, featuring menu items from the restaurant's own garden. It starts this week and runs through August. [EaterWire]

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS— It's officially tomato season at Ashok Baja's restaurants. 701, Ardeo+ Bardeo, Nopa, Bibiana and The Oval room are all featuring three-course tomato menus for $39 this month. [EaterWire]

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS— New at all Matchbox locations: a summer sessions happy hour. From 3-6 p.m., they'll offer deep drink and food discounts, including previews of upcoming menu items. There will be $6 wines, $5 beers and $7 cocktails plus dishes like lobster rolls and pork belly. [EaterWire]
