Hey, D.C. folks who can have a beer in the middle of the day without risking unemployment: consider St. Arnold's for lunch.
The Belgian bar's Cleveland Park location has a lunch happy hour that starts at noon. A spokesperson says the deal happens Monday-Friday. Mussel pots and beer drafts are discounted. The happy hour also continues into the evening (and goes all night Monday and Tuesdays).
