Donald Trump is suing chef Geoffery Zakarian over pulling out of his deal to put a restaurant in the upcoming Trump Hotel in D.C.

According to the complaint, filed in D.C. Superior Court, Zakarian has breached the terms of his contract. The suit comes days after Trump filed a similar lawsuit against Chef José Andrés. Both complaints name damages "in excess of $10 million."

Both chefs pulled out of Trump's project in D.C., located in the Old Post Office Building, due to inflammatory comments the presidential candidate made about Mexican immigrants.

Eater has reached out to Zakarian's team and Trump's team for any statement on the complaint. The suit was first reported by The National Law Journal.
