Philz Coffee Coming to D.C. in Early 2016

San Francisco-based coffee chain Philz Coffee is coming to D.C.

A spokeswoman for the company says they hope to open their first location here in 2015. It will be located at 1827 Adams Mill Road. "It is our first location outside of California," she said. The company is tracking construction progress on Facebook.

Philz has more than 20 locations in California. They received a $15 million investment to fund expansion earlier this year.
