2) SILVER SPRING: Kefa Cafe has opened up a kiosk in the Silver Spring library. This is a temporary option for the owners, who suffered fire damage in the same blaze that took down Quarry House and Bombay Gaylord, according to Bethesda Magazine. Status: Certified open.
