This week, Taiwan is getting a taste of Toki.

Chef Erik Bruner-Yang is doing a Maketto and Toki Underground pop-up at the Regent Taipei. He's there cooking lunch and dinner until Saturday. His menu is a mix of comfort food dishes (think ramen fries and a Chinese doughnut with American mustard), canapes, beef noodle soups and a few entrees, including Maketto's beloved Taiwanese fried chicken. He also met with a Taiwanese food critic who eats a dish in front of the chef and then interviews him. Eater has reached out for any further details.
