Chez Billy Sud owners Ian and Eric Hilton are opening a wine bar named Bar a Vin, reports Washington Post Express. They plan to open next door to the French restaurant in Georgetown by November.
The brothers will focus on wine from France served by the glass and bottle. There will also be a few American wines available, along with a small beer and cocktail list. Chez Billy Sud chef and co-owner Brendan L’Etoile will design the food menu featuring cheeses, charcuterie, and Virginia ham products.
The space will accommodate up to 50 and include a wrap-around bar, small tables, a communal table and a wood-burning fireplace.
