Falls Church Will Get Another Sushi Option in Takumi

Falls Church is getting a sushi restaurant from a Kaz Sushi Bistro veteran.

Takumi will open at 310 S. Washington Street in downtown Falls Church, with a focus on simple nigiri and sashimi. The chef, Jay Yu, spent 13 years at Kaz and also worked at Cafe Asia, Raku and even Safeway making sushi rolls.

The restaurant will open in November, Northern Virginia Magazine reports.
