1) U STREET PoPville reports Amsterdam Cafe is scheduled to open today. It's located where Indulj used to be. No menu details were immediately available. Update: Borderstan checks in with them and they're still waiting on a liquor license. Status: Opening soon. 1208 U St. NW; no website yet.
