Longtime Penn Quarter presence Oya will close later this month and reopen as something new.

The last day of business for the Asian-influenced restaurant will be Sept. 20, according to its Facebook page. Next winter, it will reopen as a new concept named BOE.

Eater has reached out for any additional details about BOE. Oya is located at 777 9th St. NW.
