Chef Jason Schreuder is taking the reins at Cork Wine Bar.
Schreuder has been working for the company overseeing things at Cork Market. He also used to work at Ripple in D.C. (and at Cork Wine Bar itself under chef Ron Tanaka years ago). He replaces chef Kristin Hutter.
Schreuder plans to keep a seasonal focus to Cork's menu. Avocado bruschetta will remain on the menu, so no need to panic there, Cork fans. He will also produce new food and wine pairings, as well as new tasting menus.
Hutter will stay involved at Cork as a consultant, and will help Cork Market launch a weeknight dinner program.
