Vendetta Gets New Owners; Dangerously Delicious Pies Closes for Renovations

ATLAS DISTRICT— Vendetta, the bocce bar on H Street, has new owners. Adam Cox of Maison-Dixon Hot Chicken and chef Teddy Folkman of Granville Moore’s and Baroak are partnering with Joe Englert and Jimmy Silk of Capitol Lounge. They'll transition Vendetta into a brewpub later this year with a new menu inspired by the Maison-Dixon Hot Chicken concept. [EaterWire]

TEMPORARY SHUTTER— Hill Now reports Dangerously Delicious Pies is closing today to undergo renovations. The pie shop will reopen in five to eight weeks with a larger menu and expanded seating area. [Hill Now]
