Cupcakes for springtime. Tiffany MacIsaac's anticipated bakery, Buttercream Bakeshop, is now on target for an April opening, according to a spokesperson. The restaurant posted a picture of the construction on Facebook: the walls are going up.
The bakery is headed to Shaw, and will be located at 1250 9th St. NW.
