End of an era?
The building housing iconic Adams Morgan dive bar Mille & Al's is up for sale. Washington Business Journal says the sale points to a closure, as literature promises it will be delivered vacant. If it closes, Mille & Al's will follow such other iconic Adams Morgan places that have bit the dust — most recently Dr. Clock's Nowhere Bar and Chief Ike's, and less recently Adams Mill Bar & Grill (which Southern Hospitality replaced).
